It took me a while to figure this out

I don't make videos, I create trust for my clients.

After more than 25 years of making documentary-style videos for marketers, business owners, and managers across Singapore and Australia, I gradually realised something that changed how I think about everything I do.

My background is in documentary storytelling. Breaking down complex ideas into real, human stories that people can understand and relate to. What I didn’t fully appreciate until recently is that the most important thing those stories do isn’t entertain or inform. It’s build trust.

And that’s exactly it. Videos are tools. What those tools build is trust. People don’t buy from you because they saw a great video. They buy because they trust you to solve their problem.

When I started Fantestimonial, I thought I was going to help businesses create better testimonials, case studies, and brand stories. And that’s still true. But I’ve come to understand that what I’m really doing is helping businesses close a gap — the gap between the trust they’ve already earned with existing clients, and what their next prospect can actually see before they decide to reach out.

Most businesses I work with have happy clients, a solid reputation, and real results they’ve delivered. But their potential clients don’t know that yet. So I built a structured process to help businesses find that gap and close it.

I’d love to help you do the same.

TierONE Capital Recommendation

Helping TierOne Capital build Trust with their potential clients

TierONE Capital has built a solid reputation serving high net-worth clients and developers. Many clients return because they already trust them. But prospective clients, even those who’ve heard about them through a referral, still research the business before investing or borrowing.

Fantestimonial helped them create a case study that showed how they work and the real results they deliver for clients — giving prospective clients the proof they needed to feel confident reaching out.

“We don’t have a marketing team to produce briefs for our video content. Francis came down and met with the team and really learned our business. He managed the process for us and guided us with what needed to be done.”

We want to help you get the best results

Attention may start the conversation, but it is trust that closes the deal.

Fantestimonial’s process starts with understanding your business, your customers, and where the trust gaps are. The Trust Strategy Call is a great first step. From there, we’ll suggest the right next move — whether that’s the Trust Diagnostic or something else entirely.

Yes, we still produce videos. But we never pick up a camera before understanding what the video needs to do for your business and where it fits in your Trust Strategy.

And we are not afraid to tell you that we cannot help you yet. If the foundations aren’t ready, we’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction first.

Strategy Before Tactics

We never recommend a video, a campaign, or a channel before understanding what your business actually needs. Diagnosis always comes first.

Storytelling That Builds Trust

From documentary filmmaking to marketing, we know that the most powerful stories are almost never the ones people think to tell first. We ask the right questions to find them.

Coordinated, Not Scattered

We work with a trusted network of specialists — video crew, editors, SEO, web design, and paid ads — and coordinate them around your Trust Strategy so nothing works in isolation.

Honest About What Works

We measure what moves your business forward, not what looks busy. If something isn’t working, we’ll tell you. If we can’t help you yet, we’ll tell you that too.
