Is this a Pre-Recorded Workshop?
No. Each online session will be run by a trainer, live, not pre-recorded.
This is to ensure that you get a bespoke training session that is catered for your individual business needs, and circumstance. The only component of this course that is pre-recorded is the Free 5-days Kickstart your Video Content Challenge.
You may also receive some pre-recorded tips and tricks via email as you go on your workshop journey.
How long is the Workshop?
The Full workshop is self-paced, or group-paced; so we go as fast as you need.
However, each Step, typically, takes a week, to a week and a half. It includes the 1 hour session, and time for you to complete the homework tasks.
This is then capped off with the half an hour review of the home work at the end of the week, or earlier.
If more time is needed, this course can be flexible to suit your schedule.
By the 8th week, you should have at least 1 video ready to go, and a fantastic content plan for the next 3 to 6 months.
The 1 day, in-person, intensive workshop will be completed within 1 to 2 weeks; including the extra half a day online to review the homework.
What if I can't complete the Workshop?
We understand that sometimes, after you have signed up for the course, and gone through a couple of modules, you are not able to complete the course, and have to withdraw.
We will be sad to see you go, but we will refund the difference in course fees, and the full cost of each module already completed; that is, if you have only signed up for 2 module.
For example, after completing 2 of 6 modules, you decide to withdraw. The cost of the 2 modules is $299 X 2 = $598.
We will then refund you $1297 – $598 = $699.
Can I pay in instalments?
Generally, we encourage participants to pay in full. The reason for this is that we want you to be committed to the process and workshops to gain the full advantage of what you are about to learn.
However, we totally understand that cashflow might be an issue. So, for the full Workshop, we can offer either a 2 payments (50% to start; 50% before start of Step 4); or 4 payments (25% to start; 25% before Step 3; 25% before Step 5; 25% before Step 6) over the 6 Steps. modules.

This is younger Francis Yim.
I’m an introvert. I’m camera-shy. And I’ve never been a big fan of how I sound or look on screen.
Maybe that’s why I’ve spent 25 years behind the camera — interviewing people, directing everyone from first-timers to seasoned actors, and helping small to large organisations create effective video content for marketing and training.
